NEW Payment Options ~ Online/IVR Payments Accepted

We are pleased to announce that beginning July 24, 2025, we will have additional methods for customers to make payments. Specifically, we will accept payments via our online portal (https://waterworks14.authoritypay.com) and IVR (phone payment) at 833-974-1449.  Please note there are fees associated with these payment options.

As before, there are no fees associated with payments made in person at the water office, via online bank direct (through your financial insititution's online bill payment program), or by check/money order mailed to or dropped off at the water office.
